Note: The VYMT W11 is meticulously crafted with a standard of 245Mpa, embodying the highest standards of durability and strength. As we continuously refine our products, please be aware that specifications may evolve, although we will not send individual notifications of such changes.
Step 1: Begin by feeding the plate and meticulously aligning the material; precision at this stage ensures flawless results.
Step 2: The journey continues as the upper roller elegantly shifts horizontally to the -X position before descending to the precise Y1 position; meanwhile, the lower roller adeptly reverses, moving the steel plate into the perfect forming position.
Step 3: As the lower roller glides forward, feel the power as the upper roller assertively presses down, molding the material with unparalleled precision.
Step 4: The upper roller gracefully descends to the Y2 position and holds, while the lower roller steadily advances, ensuring a seamless continuation of the forming process.
Step 5: Upon reaching the plate's end, the top roll halts at position Y3 to execute a precise pre-bending maneuver, preparing the plate end with exacting accuracy.
Step 6: With skillful finesse, the top roll ascends to position Y2-α, shifts smoothly to the +X position, descends to Y2, as the lower rolls advance, continuing the seamless forming process.
Step 7: When reaching the plate's terminus, the top roll pauses once more at position Y3 to precisely pre-bend the plate end, ensuring perfect shaping.
Step 8: To achieve the final touch of perfection, the top roll returns to X=0, descends to Y4, as lower rolls rotate forward or reverse for impeccably accurate compensation bending.
