Step 1: Carefully feed the plate and ensure meticulous alignment of the material for flawless execution.
Step 2: Witness the synchronized movement of the upper roller as it gracefully transitions to the -X position and descends to Y1; meanwhile, the lower roller adeptly reverses, positioning the steel plate for the formation stage.
Step 3: The lower roller propels forward with precision as the commanding upper roller exerts downward pressure, setting the stage for immaculate bending.
Step 4: The upper roller descends with authority to Y2, pausing momentarily while the lower roller continues its relentless forward rotation, ensuring seamless bending.
Step 5: As the plate end approaches, the top roll strategically halts at Y3, executing direct pressure pre-bending with precision and control.
Step 6: The top roll ascends with dexterity to Y2-α, elegantly shifting horizontally to the +X position, before descending to Y2 for continued forward rotation of the lower rolls.
Step 7: Upon reaching the plate's end, the top roll pauses strategically at Y3, performing direct pressure pre-bending with unwavering accuracy.
Step 8: The top roll returns to X=0, descending gracefully to Y4, as the lower rolls execute forward/reverse motions, mastering compensation bending with finesse.
