Important Note: This machine is meticulously crafted with a 245Mpa standard in mind. As we continually enhance our products, please be aware that specifications may evolve; notification of such changes will not be provided separately.
Step 1: Meticulously align and insert the plate for a flawless start.
Step 2: The upper roller gracefully transitions to the -X axis and descends seamlessly to Y1, while the lower roller expertly maneuvers the steel plate into the perfect forming position.
Step 3: As the lower roller elegantly rotates forward, the upper roller applies precise downward pressure.
Step 4: The upper roller descends with precision to Y2 and halts, while the lower roller persistently rotates forward, ensuring impeccable shaping.
Step 5: The top roll strategically pauses at Y3 for direct pressure pre-bending at the plate's edge, ensuring a superior finish.
Step 6: The top roll ascends to Y2-α, glides gracefully to the +X position, descends to Y2, while the lower rolls advance, maintaining perfection.
Step 7: At the plate's edge, the top roll once again ceases at Y3, executing precise direct pressure pre-bending for exceptional results.
Step 8: The top roll returns to X=0, descends gracefully to Y4, while the lower rolls adeptly rotate forward or reverse for impeccable compensation bending.
