Note: This machine is designed with 245Mpa as the standard. Due to continuous product optimization, if there are any parameter changes, we will not notify you separately.
Step 1: Feed the plate and align the material;
Step 2: The upper roller moves horizontally to the -X position and then descends to the Y1 position; the lower roller reverses to move the steel plate to the forming position.
Step 3: The lower roller rotates forward while the upper roller presses down;
Step 4: The upper roller is pressed down to the Y2 position and stops, and the lower roller rotates forward continuously;
Step 5: When reaching the plate end, the top roll stops at position Y3 to perform direct pressure pre-bending on the plate end.
Step 6: The top roll lifts to position Y2-α, moves horizontally to +X position, presses down to the same Y2 position, and the lower rolls rotate forward.
Step 7: Upon reaching the plate end, the top roll stops at position Y3 again to perform direct pressure pre-bending on the plate end.
Step 8: The top roll moves to X=0, presses down to position Y4, and the lower rolls rotate forward/reverse for compensation bending.
