2. The torsion axis synchronization, coupled with synchronous swing arms at both ends of the slider, ensures that the slider movement remains parallel to the worktable. This results in a strong anti-eccentric load capacity during operations. The mechanical block positions the lower limit stroke of the oil cylinder, maintaining a consistent bending angle even in continuous work. Additionally, the upper die's deflection compensation mechanism ensures high-precision folding.
3. Experience ultimate control with manual fine-tuning and digital display for material stop and slider stroke adjustments. The hydraulic power unit, designed with a compact structure, is straightforward to install.
